At Lime & Art, all products are custom-made, so we follow a strict non-refundable policy.
❌ No Return / No Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders once placed.
✔️ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item
After review, we will offer:
- Replacement OR
- Refund (if applicable)
🚫 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Buyer-related issues
- Minor color or design differences
- Change of mind after purchase
📌 Important Notice
Due to screen differences and printing processes, slight variations in color or design are normal and not considered defects.
